Drink plenty of water to support your body’s natural detoxification processes.
Avoid or limit caffeine, processed foods, and refined sugars.
Increase fruits and veggies consumption.
Take an epsom salt bath.
Move your body…gently. Consider taking a walk or doing a restorative yoga flow.
Ground yourself through meditation or spending time in nature.
